Shipping Policy

We ship all orders with PostNL and offer worldwide shipping with different rates and delivery times depending on the destination.

1. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

Netherlands & Belgium

• Delivery time: 1-2 business days

• Shipping cost: €4,95

• Carrier: PostNL (with Track & Trace)

Europe (EU countries)

• Delivery time: 3-7 business days

• Shipping cost: €7.95 - €14.95 (depending on the country)

• Free shipping: For orders over €100

• Carrier: PostNL International

Outside Europe

• Delivery time: 7-12 business days (depending on the destination)

• Shipping cost: €19.95 - €39.95 (depending on the country and weight)

• Carrier: PostNL International / PostNL Global Express

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a PostNL Track & Trace code.

3. Taxes & Customs Duties

• No extra import duties or customs fees apply within the EU.

• For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

• If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact PostNL or our customer service team.

5. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Returns must be sent with a Track & Trace code to prevent loss.
